I have a new Card because the old one was compramised.
I have just made a payment through bank transfer BUT I dont think that the new card number was on it.
So how will you get it.
I also noticed charges of $10 and $30 fees on my account whilst I have been waiting to receive the new card and a credit for the fraudulent purchase on the old one.
so whats going on?

Hi @pjbrooks1, If you make a payment to the old card, this should be transferred across to the new account, however can take an extra business day to do so. In regards to the fees, I'm unable to access or discuss personal account information over the forum so I can't see what these are or why they have been charged. If you can give us a call on 13 17 19, we can look into this for you.
