Negative balance

My account currently has a negative balance due to an issue with an online purchase that I am currently sorting out and getting the money back. Getting the money back may take up to a week so I wanted to know what can happen to my account with a negative balance for a week or two. If anything some info about having a negative balance on my account would be helpful and possibly reduce some of my stress about this whole issue I'm dealing with.

It would be best if you could contact our team via online chat (log into online banking via a computer to live chat with us) or by calling us on 13 17 19. That way our team can view your account details and look into any implications that having a negative balance may have for you.
