I need to get my e statements for my closed accounts for the last 12 months but they are not eligible online?

Hi @Jackiecarroll89 if the account isn't eligible for eStatements, we'll need to post them out to you.
While I'm unable to view your accounts via the Forum, our Online Messaging Team can assist with this via your online banking.
The team are available 24/7 for your convenience, just select the 'Message us now' button located at the bottom of your online banking window, or the 'Ask us' button at the bottom of the app menu to start a conversation.
