If the transfer was done via Pay Anybody, it could take up to 3 business days to arrive (as a worst case scenario). If it was transferred via PayID (the New Faster Payments Platform), it'll be within 1 business day for the first transfer, and near instant for subsequent transfers.
If an amount has been sent but not received within the 3 business day SLA, we can definitely look into this for you.
While we can't access your account(s) over the Forum, if you can log in to Online Banking and select "Ask Us" via the Mobile App menu or "Message us Now" from a PC, our Online Team would be happy to help out with this.
