I had negative funds with paypal as it said on my account. It also said negative funds on my personal bank account page with bankwest because of paypal. When I added money to my bank account in 2 lots the negative balance automatically dissapeared and the account went back to normal. I had thought it would go straight to paypal. Yet when i go back to paypal after 2 days it still says im in negative credit. Its as if my money has dissapeared ??? Its gone from my account and not gone to paypal?

I'm on holiday at the moment which is why I haven't gone into a store yet or called. I've looked for live chat but can't find it on the website.

You can access live chat by logging into your online banking during WA business hours via a computer, and selecting the orange "chat now" button. You can access messaging during WA business hours by logging into online banking using a computer and selecting "Message us now".
