MasterCard fee

Hi. I'm currently in India and I took 5000 Indian rupies from the Atm. I've just checked and I've been charged with a 20DR Mastercard's fee for using it (this is extra from the Atm fee). That has never happend before. Is it ok?

Hi @Marula without looking at your account I'm unable to see what's happened here I'm sorry. 

So we can look into this further for you, please log into your online banking and hit the 'Message us now' button located to the bottom of the screen, or the 'Ask us' button if using our app, this is at the bottom of the app menu.
