Making accounts eligible

I have credit and debit cards that have 1 to 3 years left before expiry but I cannot see them on my account statement. How can I make them seeable? Also, I will be overseas from tomorrow and want to use a debit card but I cannot see it in order to deposit funds into it.

Hi @Bob, thanks for your enquiry. Whilst a Credit Card is an account of it's own, a Debit MasterCard is a facility of an everyday account - this means that when you transfer funds into the account using a BSB and Account Number, you will be able to access these using the card. If you are unsure which account is linked to your card, or you cannot view these within your Online Banking when you log in, just select the "Chat Now" button at the bottom of your screen (once logged in to your Online Banking) and discuss this with a consultant between 7am - 6pm Monday - Friday AWST. Alternatively, you can call our Contact Centre on +61 8 9486 4130 for assistance from overseas. This is a Reverse Charges Number, however as you would need to contact the International Operator in the country you are in, I am unable to advise if there would be any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator. It may also be a good idea to take a look at this travel tips post to ensure ease of use of your accounts whilst you are away.
