I wish to transfer some money to a new account payee but have discovered you have character restriction and was not able to put in the account name being a joint account of two people name.

As the amount is a large amount how do I get around this problem if the names will be cut off how can I be sure the money will b received by them.

Hi @Yvonne, thanks for contacting us in regards to this. You can just put one of the names into the payee section as we only need the one account holders name there. Thanks!
