To whom it may concern,
I would like to reset my secure code but it tells me to call 1300 440 749.
However I'm currently at oversea and I'm not in the situation which I can make international call.
Would you please assist me to login to online banking.

You would need to be verbally identified for your Secure Code to be reset, so if you could please send your full name, Forum username, current location and best contact number (including any country/area codes) to email@example.com we can arrange a call back for you.
