Long time listener, first time caller
New to BW, and experience has been great thus far, with the exception of when I log on to Internet Banking, I will often get logged out mid use, for inactivity.
Does this happen regularly?, I've been trying to internal transfer and I've been logged off4 times already, before I can even get to picking the destination account.
Appreciate any insight

While our online banking will automatically log out a user after a period of time for security reasons, it shouldn't be that quick that you're unable to start a transfer.
Clearing your cookies/cache/temporary files and deleting any saved links/favourites/bookmarks should help with this. If not, please try another browser, or our app and let me know how you go.
