Locked out of Internet banking

Hello,my internet banking and card is been blocked and i dont know the exact reason for it. For an emergency i have to travell overseas and once I travelled i have no access to my account, tried calling to customer service their was nothing helpfull. I want this issue to be resolved. Hoping for a reply soon.
