Issues with Smart eSaver online

Hello,

I recently applied for the Smart eSaver, and would like to transfer my savings across. However, after typing in the transfer via 'linked accounts' I am given no option to verify the transaction; the next page just gives me the 'close' and 'back' option.

Please help,

Hi @sarah1 may I ask if you noticed that the transaction went through? If you could send me a screen shot of what's happening to forum@bankwest.com.au I can look into this with our team ASAP. ^Sarah
