I received the welcome email yesterday and tried to log in with Internet Banking to double check my loan application process. However for some reasons my account was blocked even though I tried to enter the correct security code.
I tried to call the 1300440749 to reset the code or unlocked my account so many times. I waited for 10 to 15 mins each time for my turn but it ended up hang up or cut off without reaching out for any consultants.
