Hi i cant get through using the international number given . Can someone please contact me regarding sms verification as i no longer have an australian mobile and need to register my international number !! Or send me someones email to get this resolved ASAP.

Hi @Maryk, I'm sorry to hear that you have had some trouble reaching us. If you are unable to access your registered Australian Mobile, an exemption can certainly be placed on the SMS Code. To have this actioned you do need to be verbally identified, so if you could please send me an email with your Forum username, current location and best contact number (inclusive of country/area codes) I will arrange for a specialist to give you a call.
Alternatively, you can try giving us a call on +61 8 9486 4130 from overseas. This is a Reverse Charges Number, however as you would need to contact the International Operator in the country you are in, I am unable to advise if there would be any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator.
It might interest you to know however, if you use the Bankwest Mobile App with a PIN or Fingerprint login, you should not require SMS security when processing a transfer. I hope this helps!
