There has been an international transfer made to my account from the UK on 27/12/17.
It has made through a company called currencies direct.
I still havent received the transfer and the company expected it to take 1/2 business days, so would have been expecting it before the Nedw Year.
They told me to contact my bank as I have contacted them 3 times and they have assured me it has left on their end.
What do I do????

Hi @49762445, I'm sorry to hear that you have not yet received the expected funds, I can appreciate that this would be concerning.
Generally speaking, a funds transfer from an international account will take a minimum of 3 - 5 business days, dependant on a number of factors. Bankwest have no control over incoming funds I'm sorry - we would process a payment on the same business day that it is received. If you are unable to see the funds in your account, this indicates that they have not yet arrived.
It may be best to contact the sender and request that they either trace or recall the funds, to ensure that they have the correct account information. Let me know how you go.
