Hi how can I transfer FROM my solid saver account TO my complete account. The pop-up box only lists the complete account to transfer money FROM. The solid saver is inaccessible.

Hi @steve, thanks for your enquiry. It sounds like you're referring to a Solid Gold Saver account, which only offers view and deposit access via Online Banking. The Solid Gold Saver account is a savings account and is not intended for use as a transaction account, as each withdrawal (including a periodical payment) can reduce the interest rate. To withdraw funds from this account, you will either need to present in store and make a request over the counter, or access funds from an ATM (up to $1000 per day). I hope this helps!
