Interim statements at bank branch

Hello,

I need a statement for my new home loan, however I am yet to be issued with one as I have had it for only 2 months now.

I have ordered an interim statement using B.O.B. however mailing from WA to QLD seems to take forever. Can I have an interim statement printed off at my local Bankwest Branch instead?

Hi @oreozzy, thanks for contacting us in regards to this. Whilst an interim statement can only be issued via the post, in store tellers are able to print copies of previously issued statements only. Upon request, a statement can be generated for you at any time, which will show all transactions on the account(s) since the last date of the most recently issued statement(s), through until the day you make your request. In this instance, it would be from the date your account was opened. If the account is registered for eStatements, you would be able to view the statement within your Online Banking, the morning following your request. I hope this helps!

Hi @MollyJones, as we're unable to access or discuss any personal account information over the forum we'd need to speak with you via live chat or over the phone on 13 17 19 to look into what's happened here. You can access live chat during WA business hours by logging into online banking using a computer and selecting "Chat now". Thanks!

Hi

I've had my eaccount open for about 3 weeks, but i need a copy of my statement for an id verification. When will the first eStatement be available, and can I request one earlier please?

Thanks

Hi @GloriaM, thanks for getting in touch.

Generally speaking, statements are issued quarterly, depending on your account type. It's no worries if you need one sooner, our Contact Centre can help Smiley Happy

To see how you can arrange this, please click here.

Thanks!
