To generate an up-to-date statement (showing all transactions from the date of your most recently issued statement, through until the date of request) you'll just need to speak with our Contact Centre. If you're registered for eStatements, these will be available to you in Online Banking from the following morning. It's important to note however that this is unable to be completed with Credit Cards, as they are issued on a 30 day cycle basis.
You can log in to your Online Banking and select "Message us Now" (PC) or "Ask Us" (Mobile App) to request this, or you can call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19. Both services are available 24/7 to assist you.
