Whilst you're able to increase your daily transfer limit up to $20,000 (if you're registered with SMS Code security), this option is only available by logging into your Online Banking using the full site. You still may be able to do this from your phone (pending your device settings) by selecting "Go to Online Banking" from the Mobile App and logging in there. Some devices will still automatically log you in with the mobile version of the site, so you'll need to ensure you are selecting "Switch to Full Site" if this happens.
If you aren't able to receive an SMS Code whilst you're away, you can process a Real Time Gross Settlement Transfer. Please note that There is a fee of $35 for this, as well as a possible $10 inward payment order fee on the receiving account. You will be able to complete a RTGS form, to process a Real Time Gross Settlement - this is available here. The form does state International Transfer Form, though the required details are the same. You will be able to disregard the SWIFT Code and Exchange Rate details. The completed form can be sent to IMT.Retail@bankwest.com.au, or faxed to 1300 130 885 for action within 2 - 3 business days.
