Using the "Ask Us" button on the Bankwest mobile app, you're able to chat with our team from your device 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Logging in with your security details (ie PAN and Secure Code, PIN or Fingerprint) means there's no need for additional ID verification - you can start a secure conversation right away.
You'll even receive Push Notifications when we've replied - so there's no need to interrupt that game or ruin that selfie!
