Hi @Lucky, this is definitely something we can assist with. I can't view your accounts through the Forum, but if you have access to a computer you can login to our Messaging service (login to your Online Banking then click 'Message Us Now' down the right hand side, or along the bottom) our team will be able to take a look for you and assist. If you can't get online, our contact centre can assist on 13 17 19 between 8am-8pm your local time. Hope we can get this sorted for you soon!
