How is it that I pay far more than needed off my card but get charged a late fee if one of the payments does not fall on the date due on the statement?
Surely, if more than enough has been paid in one month, a late fee is totally unwarranted.

Hi @Jynda, thanks for contacting us in regards to this. This can get a little tricky as it depends on what date you're making the payment etc as you'd need to ensure the minimum payment is met between the statement issue date and the due date. I've just checked with our team and if you can log into online banking via a computer you can live chat with our team to look into this. Another helpful thing would be to turn on the easy alert for 'credit card payment due' in our mobile app as this will alert you three days before the due date if the minimum payment is not met.
