I cant Transfer from TELENET SAVER to my transaction account

Hi can anyone tell me why I can't transfer from my TELENET SAVER ACCOUNT to my everyday transaction account please. Driving me crazy!

Hey @Jono, thanks for reaching out.


The Telenet Saver account is one of Bankwest's online savings linked accounts. This means that any funds you are wanting to send, are first required to be transferred to the transactional account that the Telenet is linked to. The funds will need to be transferred via a Linked Account Transfer - this option is listed under the "Payments and Transfers" subheading in Online Banking.
