Hi @Phuttimet, I'm sorry to hear this.
It does sound as though your Secure Code will need to be reset prior to you being able to log in.
If you're registered with SMS Code security and are able to access to your registered Australian mobile, you will be able to reset your Secure Code via the "Reset your Secure Code online" link on your Online Banking login page. Please note that you'll need to access our full site to do this.
If not, you'll need to be verbally identified, so we'd ask that you call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 at any time of the day or night - they're available 24/7 for your convenience.
