Hi @vickis, thanks for contacting us in regards to this. I've just spoken with our team and they've advised that if you log into online banking via a computer you can live chat with our team (by clicking 'chat now' on the bottom right) alternatively if you pop into a Bankwest store our team will also be able to assist.

I headed to chat and told we had to use Bankmail and sign a staement requesting removal of over draft.
Have done and will post how it went/how long for others info when completed
