I have a biller in my BPAY View ( registered them on accident) now i cannot remove them so i can recieve my bills as per normal as i prefer it that way, but there is no option to remove them from that feature, and cannot even see my full bills from that biller, any help would be appreciated thanks.

Hi @Dylanhallas, thanks for getting in touch.
BPAY View will allow you to de-register a bill at any stage. All you need to do, is select the ‘Registration Number’ from the ‘Register a Bill’ list, and select ‘De-Register a Bill'.
It's just important to note, that you're unable to do this whilst the bill is in a "Pending" status. You'd need to wait for this to change, before you're able to de-register as above. We are also unable to remove a bill or biller listed as inactive, though these will drop off automatically from the system within a few months.
If you have any further enquiries relating to this, you may wish to get in touch with the biller directly to request that they issue your bills via email/post as preferred.
