Have you recently moved house and need to change your postal/correspondence address?
This is a simple 'how-to' guide on updating your address through Online Banking.
1. Log into your Online Banking on a desktop computer.
2. Navigate to the left-hand side menu and select 'My details & security'.
3. A sub-menu will appear, select 'My details'. This will prompt an SMS code request in order to proceed further.
4. Once you enter the SMS code, you will have your contact details displayed ready to review/edit. You'll be able to change your correspondence (postal) address, home/work contact number, and your email address as well.
Please note: This is your personal correspondence address. You may have set a different address for individual personal accounts. If you need to change the individual accounts, please contact us on 13 17 19, or speak to us on Live Chat through your Online Banking! For all Business accounts, please contact 13 7000.
How about a thumbs up if this guide helped you out?

Hi @Kjerstivinje, thanks for your enquiry. If your husband is unsure of his PAN, he will still be able to update his address We would ask that you have him call our Contact Centre, for assistance with doing this. A consultant will also be able to help him obtain his Online Banking details. They are available at any time, on +61 8 9486 4130 from overseas. This is a Reverse Charges Number, however as you would need to contact the International Operator in the country you are in, I am unable to advise if there would be any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator. Hope this helps!
