Hi @Yvette, if you're using our mobile app you'll need to swipe the account you want to transfer from (swipe left for Samsung, or right on an iPhone), and then select the account you want the funds to go into on the next screen.
If you're using online banking via a computer, you'll need to select "Payments & transfers" from the left hand menu and then "Internal transfer" or "Linked account transfer" depending on which account you're sending the funds from. I hope this helps :-)
