If you've been able to log in to your Online Banking, you can do this via the "My Details and Security > Change Secret Questions" tab. You'll need to have your registered mobile phone handy, as an SMS Code is required to complete the process.
If you need your Secret Questions reset in order to access your Online Banking, you'll first need to be verbally identified for us to assist. You can call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 - they're available 24/7 to help you out with this.
