I closed one of my accounts yesterday, but I realize that there is scheduled payment from that account.
On the scheduled payment day, I received a message saying that the scheduled payment failed.
I went to Scheduled Payment under Payment&Transfer, then clicked the scheduled payment, however, I cannot see any options to delete that payment.
How do I do?

Hi @morioperth, thanks for contacting us in regards to this. If you have not cancelled the scheduled payment prior to closing the account, you'll no longer be able to cancel this in online banking. While the payment will still show, it won't actually process as the account is closed. This will automatically cancel after a period of 90 days.
