You can do this via the "Payments & Transfers > Manage Recipients" tab in your Online Banking from the full site Just click on the "Add" button at the bottom of the page, and ensure you have your registered mobile handy, as an SMS is required to complete the process.
If you're using the mobile app, swipe Left or Right on the account you wish to transfer from (the direction will depend on whether you're using iOS or Android) and then select the "Add Payee" button. Follow the prompts, then you'll need to enter your login PIN as security to confirm.
