I've received my new debit card in the mail as my old one is expiring this month. I've tried activating online but when I click on the card in the 'manage cards' section in the self service menu, the expiry isn't coming up. The only selection I have available is to change my pin. Do I need to wait til the end of the month til my card is expired to activate the new one?

Hi Melissa, thanks for your question. When a card expires, the new one issued doesn't require activation. You can use this card once you receive it. Thanks!
