I need a latest statement for applying visa.
japan consulate needs a statement showing transaction until the application day.i can only order paper statement from online banking. i tried seek helps from 131179, they said they cant make it. I tried print tranaction record from online banking, but my name is not shown on the record. How ridiculous it is?

Hi @Jiadream, I'm sorry to hear of the experience you've had. We can certainly arrange for a new statement to be issued in online banking for you, however we do need to speak with you over the phone or online chat to assist with this. You can access live chat during WA business hours by logging into online banking using a computer and selecting "Chat now".

Thank you for your reply, but my account just been locked so I cannot log on to online banking.
I am deeply disappointed of how a simple request being so complicated by Bankwest

I'm sorry to hear you're disappointed @Jiadream, however if you're unable to log into online banking using SMS code to reset your secure code, we do need to speak with you over the phone. For security reasons we can't access or discuss any personal account information via the forum, however if you give us a call on 13 17 19 we can assist with this.
