In Online banking for business banking I tried to cancel a weekly payment and in help guidlines says that I can do it by schedule payment in paymant & transfer option but the problem is there is no such a option in "Payment & transfer"!

Hi @Ahmn, thanks for your enquiry. If you are unable to view a specific scheduled payment, it could have already expired, or, it may have been set up as a Periodical Payment directly with the bank. With Online Business Banking, only a Master User or a user with "modify-access" will be able to modify/remove scheduled payments, which could also be why you may not be able to do this. For security reasons via the Forum I won't be able to view your details to see what is happening, however our Business Support Team can take a look for you.
