I'm currently overseas and have received notification that my credit card is going to be replaced while I am away. I don't want this to happen as I am reliant on my existing card.
I tried to get in contact via online banking but in the process have had my secure questions frozen and just now have been locked out of my online banking supposedly because I entered the wrong password (which I didnt).
I have tried to call but my phone will not let me connect to any of your listed numbers. I did let bankwest know that I would be overseas before I left.
I urgently need to sort this out, especially reinstating my online banking.

I need to access my online banking but put the wrong secure code and cannot reset it as being overseas I stopped my sms link how can I reset my user code
