Hi @Spartanbaby, I'm sorry to hear this.
If you have paid using a card number, you can dispute the transaction as per this previous Forum post.
If you have instead provided your BSB and Account Number, you will need to complete a Stop Direct Debit Request Form, and complete the Dispute section of the form too. This form is available here. You'll be able to return the completed form to us as below:

BankMail - via the "Message Centre" tab in your Online Banking
