I have made a transfer to someone else (domestic accounts) and they said that they did not get it. It has been over three weeks since I made the transfer.
How do I generate a receipt from my account to show them that I have made the transfer online?

Hey @mkilleen, you can certainly follow this up!
You'll just need to select the "Payments and Transfers > Payment History" tab to see your receipt - click on the corresponding payment number to view the details of the transfer. You'll be able to see the "To" information (the account name and BSB/account number), amount, description, processing date and time, as well as the receipt number.
If it's an incorrect account, our Contact Centre can help you attempt a payment recall. They are available 24/7 by logging in to your Online Banking and selecting "Ask Us" via the Mobile App menu or "Message us Now" from a PC. Alternatively, you can give us a buzz on 13 17 19.
