Hi. I've forgotten my secure code and have tried to change it online. I have two security questions set up but I seem to have forgotten the answers. I don't want to continue putting in the wrong answer and get locked out. How can I change these? Thank you for your help.

If you are unsure of the answers to your Secret Questions but are unable to log into your Online Banking to update these, our Contact Centre can certainly assist you to have them reset.
You'll need to be verbally identified for this, so we'd ask that you call 13 17 19 between 8am - 8pm your local time, 7 days a week.
