Your PAN would be shown on any previously issued statements, and would have been emailed or posted to you when your account(s) were first opened. If you still can't locate this, and if you need some assistance resetting your Secure Code to get back into Online Banking, our Contact Centre can help, however this would need to be over the phone as you will need to be verbally identified. You can call them on +61 8 9486 4130 from overseas.
This is a 24/7 Reverse Charges Number, however as you would need to contact the International Operator in the country you are in, I am unable to advise if there would be any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator.
