Fee

I have just been charged a maintenance fee and a counter fee. when I have not gone inside the bank.

Hi @vicki6087, thanks for getting in contact.

A counter fee is for any withdrawal or debit transfer made at a Bankwest-branded Service Centre or Agent, Neighbourhood Bank, or using Bank@Post. Counter withdrawal fees are charged to the account as one amount, on the first business day of the following month.

Whilst we can't access your accounts over the Forum to see what's happened, we'd love to help you via Online Banking. If you can log in (using a PC), and select "Message us Now" our Online Team would be happy to take a look into this, and are available 24/7 to answer any account enquiries you have. Alternatively if you can't access Online Banking, you can give us a buzz at any time on 13 17 19.
