Ive tried to make a purchase on a website XXX and my BW CC was charged for the goods, however i havent received the goods and cannot get in contact with the seller through any means. Is it possible to reverse the transaction? Ive contacted the seller multiple times without luck and am in contact with the ACC discussing this matter.

We can definitely initiate a dispute and investigation for you - as "Goods Not Received". You can obtain the form, and details on how to get this back to us via this previous Forum post.
