I was using DIDI from the dfo perth to my home and they took 49.48$ before ride and charge me for the cost when I'm at home. They said its hold and until now I still haven't get my 49.48$ back.
How do I get my money back?
They said it will take business days

Hi @Veshela the additional charge should drop from your account within 7 business days, if not, we can certainly dispute this for you. To do this, please complete the Transaction Dispute Form, once completed and signed by hand, this can be attached to a BankMail through the Message Centre of your online banking.
