Double ATM withdraws on my statement?

Today July 30 I used a lloyds atm in Richmond UK to withdraw 100 pound , MasterCard debit card .My statement shows 2 debits for the same amount ; $177 approx. I only carried out the one transaction ,can you investigate and advise . Thankyou Ken Reynolds

I'm really sorry to hear that this has happened. Whilst we can't access your accounts over the Forum, if you can log in to Online Banking and select "Ask Us" via the Mobile App menu or "Message us Now" from a PC, our Online Team would be happy to help out at any time, 24/7. Alternatively if you can't access Online Banking, you can give us a buzz at any time on +61 8 9486 4130 from a landline overseas.

This is a 24/7 reverse charges number, though as you would need to contact the International Operator in the country you are in, I am unable to advise if there would be any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator.

A consultant will then be able to take a look at the account, and discuss the dispute process with you if required.
