When a transaction is done via PayPal, we aren't generally able to confirm the merchant type. This is because PayPal is a secure third party processor, meaning the information about the seller/vendor may not be available to us. If you get in contact with PayPal directly, they should be able to provide you with this information.
If you did not make this purchase, we'd also suggest getting in touch with our Contact Centre to discuss cancelling the card, and disputing the transaction (you can also ask if the merchant details are available). This will ensure nothing further can be debited without your knowledge or consent.
They're available 24/7 by logging in to your Online Banking and selecting "Ask Us" via the Mobile App menu or "Message us Now" from a PC. Otherwise, you can give them a call on 13 17 19.
