So we can ensure no further fraudulent transactions are made to your account, please log into your online banking and hit the 'Message us now' button (or the 'Ask us' button if using our app). Our Messaging Team are available 24/7 to assist. Alternatively, our Contact Centre are available on 13 17 19.
We will ask that you complete the Transaction Dispute Form available HERE Once completed and signed by hand, this can be attached to a BankMail through the Message centre of your online banking for processing.
Most chargebacks are processed within the two weeks of receiving the required information. We must provide the merchant with sufficient time to respond, so please allow up to eight weeks for the investigation to close. This is a worst case scenario and there is a possibility that your funds will be returned at any stage within this time frame.

My bankmail doesn't work. As soon asI hit send, it just refreshes the page and is a blank slate. My sent folder is on 0 so I know nothing has sent. I have tried this three times.
I'm currently oversears - so how else can I get in touch?

When you get back we'd like to chat with you and look into what may be happening with BankMail - though in the meantime can you please send the completed form back to Forum@Bankwest.com.au, so that we can forward it on for you? Alternatively, you can post it back to Bankwest, PO Box E237, Perth WA 6841.
