Dispute an authorised transaction

i brought 3 dresses online, on returning the dresses the day after receiving them they said one of the dresses had two marks on them. I emailed saying I had noticed one mark when I recieved  the dress and thought I had emailed about it but looking at my return email I hadn’t. The second mark I hadn’t noticed.  They emailed  back explaining how careful I was when I tried the dresses on and that it was not me who marked them. The email I got back from them was one line saying all dresses are checked and said it happened my end. I have emailed twice explaining it couldn’t not have been me and can they look into this further but  they will not respond to my emails. They  sent the dress back without any further communication.  Is there anything I can do. Looking at their reviews this seems to be a common thread
