I purchased an item from AliExpress that was sent from China. Supposedly the item was delivered to my home address here in Australia and I signed for it. I was provided a tracking number, yet when I entered this number in on the Aust Post website it said the item is non-trackable. I went into a post office and they said that non-trackable items are not signed for and they are usually left without signature. I have been in touch with AliExpress and they said they have information from logistics to say that the item has been delivered and I need to follow-up with the post office, which I have done twice already and been told exactly the same thing about non-trackable items. I have recieved no items and I have not signed for anything. Is there any way I can dispute the original transaction with Bankwest even though I authorised it?

Hi @mbarkle81, sorry to hear of this situation - I appreciate that this would be less than ideal!
The good news here is we can certainly initiate a dispute and investigation for you - as "Goods Not Received". You can obtain the form, and details on how to get this back to us via this link.
I hope this is resolved for you quickly, please let me know if you have any further questions.
