On the 23/7/18there is an amount of $215.60 which i did not spend.
I was wondering where this amount was and if i could do somethong about it.

If you don't recognise a transaction, the best thing to do firstly would be to place a temporary hold on the card in question. I'm not sure if you are aware, but if you have the most updated version of the Bankwest Mobile App, you can now place a temporary hold on your card via the "Manage" tab of the account once you have selected it from the list. This is a new feature, so it is only available on the most recent version of the app.
If you're unable to do this, you can log in to Online Banking and select "Ask Us" via the Mobile App menu or "Message us Now" from a PC at any time for assistance from a consultant. They will then be able to take a look at the transaction in more detail, and discuss the dispute process with you if required.
