Credit card limit increase

Good afternoon,

 

I would like to increase my card limit to allow me to purchase a large item.

How do I go about this? Can this be done online?

Hi there @jetson52, thanks for reaching out.

You would need to speak with a Sales Consultant to confirm your eligibility for a credit limit increase, which can be done by calling our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 between the below hours:

 

Monday to Friday: 6am - 6pm AWST

Saturday: 8am - 3pm AWST

Hi

I am residing in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Recently I had lost my sim card, which tied to my bankwest sms code verification for online banking password reset. How can I change my phone number? Can you arrange to call me? (Mandarin speaker preferred). Thanks a millions !!!

Hi @wendypiong I'm sorry to hear you've lost your sim card. 

You can contact us on +61 8 9486 4130 while you're overseas. This is a reverse charges number. To use this number from outside Australia please contact the international operator in the country you are in and request to be put through. Our Contact Centre is open 24/7 to assist.
