Hi ive just made a bank transfer and the cba account i paid to is actually incorrect, this account is closed. Please tell me what happens to the fubds. Thank you

Hi @Tammiesanders, thanks for your enquiry. Where the BSB and account number you have entered don't exist, the funds should automatically reappear in your account within five business days. If this does not occur, our Contact Centre will be able to assist you in attempting to recall the funds. You can login to Online Banking and select the "Chat Now" button at the bottom of your screen between 7am – 6pm AWST Monday – Friday for assistance with this, or you can call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19.
